This is a safe space for anyone aged 18 - 30 to come connect with others, share experiences and receive support.
Whether you're looking to have fun, make new friends, seek advice or just have someone to talk to, we're here for you.
What To Expect?
Our weekly social and support group is more than just a place to hang out.
We organise events and arrange activities to boost your mood and improve your well being while working alongside both local and national organisations, including The British Red Cross.

We understand that life can be hectic which is why we offer a convenient evening time slot that works for many people.
Whether you're coming straight from work or college, or just looking for something to do in the evening, we hope that our group will be a place you can rely on each week.
Our doors open 6pm until 9pm, every Tuesday and we encourage you to drop by anytime during that window.
