I founded Hart Social Circle in 2020, a weekly social and support group for young adults (18-30) in response to the increasing mental health challenges caused by the lockdowns.
By securing independent funding for the group, receiving doctor referrals and providing in-person support, Hart Social Circle offers free activities, a friendly network and a safe, supportive space.
